Faulty vape device?

If you've just purchased a vape and it doesn't seem to be working, don't worry; there are several common issues that can be easily resolved. Here are some steps to troubleshoot your non-working vape:

  • Check the Battery: Make sure your battery is charged. If you have a rechargeable vape, it might need some time to charge fully before it can be used. If it's an internal battery, ensure it's turned on or activated as per the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Inspect the Connections: Ensure that all components of your vape, such as the tank, coils, and battery, are correctly and securely connected. Loose connections can result in no vapor production.
  • Prime the Coil: If you've recently changed the coil or are using a new tank, it's important to prime the coil. Drip a few drops of e-liquid onto the coil and allow it to soak for a few minutes. This helps prevent dry hits.
  • Check the E-Liquid Level: Ensure that your tank has an adequate level of e-liquid. Running your tank on empty can lead to a burnt taste or no vapor production.
  • Adjust the Settings: Some vapes have adjustable settings for airflow, wattage, or temperature. Make sure these settings are configured to your preference and are suitable for the coil you're using.
  • Safety Locks: Some vapes have safety features like lock modes. Check if your device has any safety locks engaged and disable them if necessary.
  • Read the Manual: If you're still having trouble, consult your device's user manual. It might provide specific instructions for troubleshooting.
  • Contact Customer Support: If none of the above steps work, contact the manufacturer's customer support or return to the shop where you purchased the device. They can help diagnose and resolve more complex issues.

It's worth noting that sometimes a brand new coil or device might take a few puffs to get going. If you've followed these steps and your vape is still not working, it's essential to reach out to customer support for further assistance.
