ORDER LEAD TIME
Once payment for order has been approved it leaves our offices the next day at 12PM daily. If the order is placed before 11AM it will be shipped with that days batch. Thereafter it is left on overnight courier service which usually means the next day, however sometimes in remote areas it can be up to 10 working days due to the couriers only servicing those areas on certain days.

PRICING & STRUCTURE
Your order will be couriered for a flat shipping rate of R100.00 across South Africa. Outlying areas and non-city centres may incur additional charges as well as additional time which will need to be paid before shipment is made.
Orders totaling R1500.00 and more will be shipped for free.
Please do not make payment until a confirmation email has been received from [email protected]
Once payment has been received in the bank account your goods will be dispatched for delivery, even with proof of payment sent to us we will need to wait for payment to clear into our account.
Pre-Order items should not be paid until payment is requested, should you pay before the time your payment will be held until the stock arrives and then dispatched unless otherwise arranged
Please note if payments are received later than 11:00 daily the goods will only be dispatched the next day.

Please note that due to a number of fraudulent proof of payments no orders will be dispatched until the money has cleared in our account, we apologise for any inconvenience however dishonest people are the ones to blame here.
Overnight Delivery. Our standard delivery option is overnight which as stated above can take between 1 and 3 days depending on when payment is received and where you are based, however sometimes in remote areas it can be up to 10 working days due to the couriers only servicing those areas on certain days.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
** PLEASE NOTE ALL RETURNS INCUR A 15% HANDLING FEE **
Regrettably E-Liquids cannot be returned, please contact us regarding any issues.
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 7 working days of delivery confirming via email if the Goods are damaged. If you receive the wrong goods, please do not open them. Inform us immediately.
If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods. If the Buyer would like to return any goods for any reason at all, the Buyer may do so within 7 days of receiving the purchased goods. Goods returned must be in a new and unused condition.
The Seller will refund the cost of the goods; however shipping charges are non-refundable, unless its a mistake on our side.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller for a replacement after receiving prior confirmation by the Seller via e-mail.
If an item is found defective and it is still within the manufacturer warranty period the item will be replaced, unless the warranty has been voided by misuse
Please note as per the CPA the seller is allowed 2 weeks to check a faulty device and return. Please be patient with us while we check the device.
Prior consent from the Seller must be approved via e-mail before any Goods are shipped back to the Seller. All returns are the responsibility of the Buyer until the returned Goods reach the Seller.
Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number of the original purchase on the package and full packaging. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer
Refunds and warranties will not be applied to Goods that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence or not correctly following the instructions supplied with the product
With all purchases we provide 7 day policy where if the product is at fault we will exchange. Refunds are only issued when we have had a chance to resolve the problem with you. If you require a refund then at your cost all goods must be returned to us by post and you must take reasonable care to ensure that they are returned in good condition.
