How long do orders take to process?
Orders usually ship in less then 24 hours from payment before being dispatched.
Orders are processed during standard business hours only. Vape King processes orders Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00 (South African Standard Time), excluding public holidays.
Orders placed outside of these hours, including weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day. Processing times refer to order handling and dispatch preparation only and do not include courier delivery timeframes.
Please note that if payments are received later than 11:00 AM daily, goods will only be dispatched the next day.
