How do I delete my account?

You have the option to delete your account at any time through your account dashboard. To initiate the account deletion process, please follow these steps:

1. Visit the "My Details" tab within your account dashboard.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you'll find a section for account deletion.
3. You'll be required to confirm your account deletion by entering your password.

Once your account is deleted, all associated information will be permanently removed. This includes the cancellation and immediate refund of any pending orders. It's important to note that your order history and product reviews will remain in our system, but your personal information will be deleted.

For security reasons, please be aware that account deletion must be performed by you. We do not fulfill requests for account deletion via email tickets.

Lastly, it's crucial to understand that the process of deleting your account is irreversible. Please proceed with caution as this action cannot be undone.
