Returns and Delivery Information

  • ORDER LEAD TIME

    Upon approval of payment, orders leave our offices the next day at 12 PM daily. Orders placed before 11 AM are shipped with the same day's batch. Subsequently, they are dispatched via overnight courier service, typically arriving the following day. However, in remote areas, delivery may take up to 10 working days due to couriers only servicing those areas on certain days.

  • PRICING & STRUCTURE

    Orders are couriered for a flat shipping rate of R100.00 across South Africa. Outlying areas and non-city centers may incur additional charges and time, which must be paid before shipment.

    Orders totaling R1000.00 or more qualify for free shipping.

    Please refrain from making payment until you have received a confirmation email from [email protected]

    Once payment has been received in our bank account, goods are dispatched for delivery. Even with proof of payment sent to us, we require payment to clear into our account.

    Pre-order items should not be paid for until payment is requested. Payment made in advance will be held until stock arrives and then dispatched, unless otherwise arranged.

    Please note that if payments are received later than 11:00 AM daily, goods will only be dispatched the next day.

    Collections are available at our Head Office: 21 Kyalami Blvd, Kyalami Business Park, Midrand, JHB, South Africa. Please note our hours are Monday - Friday (9 AM - 4 PM weekdays), please note however you need to wait until you recieve the "ready for collection" email before you can collect your order.

    Please be advised that due to fraudulent proof of payments, no orders will be dispatched until funds have cleared in our account.
  • DELIVERY OPTIONS

    Overnight Delivery: Our standard delivery option is overnight, which can take between 1 and 3 days depending on payment receipt and location. However, in remote areas, delivery may take up to 10 working days due to couriers only servicing those areas on certain days.
  • RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    PLEASE NOTE ALL RETURNS INCUR A 20% HANDLING FEE

    Regrettably, E-Liquids, disposable vapes, and tanks cannot be returned. Please contact us regarding any issues.

    The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and notify the Seller within 7 working days of delivery via email if the Goods are damaged. If the Buyer receives the wrong goods, they should not open them and inform us immediately.

    Failure to do so will deem the Buyer to have accepted the Goods. If the Buyer wishes to return any goods for any reason, they may do so within 7 days of receiving the purchased goods, provided the goods are in a new and unused condition.

    The Seller will refund the cost of the goods; however, shipping charges are non-refundable, unless it is a mistake on our part. If a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller for a replacement after receiving prior confirmation by the Seller via email.

    If an item is found defective and still within the manufacturer warranty period, it will be replaced, unless the warranty has been voided by misuse.

    Please note, as per the CPA, the seller is allowed 2 weeks to check a faulty device and return. Please be patient with us while we check the device.

    Prior consent from the Seller must be approved via email before any Goods are shipped back to the Seller. All returns are the responsibility of the Buyer until the returned Goods reach the Seller.

    Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number of the original purchase on the package and full packaging. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer, refunds and warranties will not be applied.

    With all purchases, we provide a 7-day policy where if the product is at fault, we will exchange it. Refunds are only issued once we have had the opportunity to resolve the issue with you. If you require a refund, all goods must be returned to us by post at your expense, ensuring they are returned in good condition.
